Product Description

The FLYIR-TZ083FA Three-Axis Quad-Sensor Gimbal integrates an uncooled infrared thermal imager, a fixed-focus visible light camera, a 50x continuous zoom visible light camera, a laser rangefinder, a three-axis servo-stabilized platform, and image processing components with autonomous recognition and tracking capabilities. Characterized by its light weight, high stabilization accuracy, high integration, automatic target identification, and automatic tracking features, it is designed for deployment on medium and small unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to perform day-and-night reconnaissance and surveillance missions in target areas. This gimbal system has been adapted to multiple mainstream domestic flight control platforms, enabling seamless integration with flight control systems. It can also be connected to the unit's ViewControlStudio display and control software platform, assisting system integrators in rapidly completing the development of UAV systems. Utilizing the uncooled infrared thermal imager and dual visible light cameras, the electro-optical pod provides all-weather detection, recognition, and tracking of ground targets, while outputting both infrared and visible light video streams in real-time for mission operators. The primary applications of the electro-optical pod include reconnaissance, border patrol, personnel search and rescue, and forest fire prevention operations.

g) Infrared camera features digital zoom and pseudo color palette switching functions;
h) Capable of movement in three degrees of freedom: azimuth, elevation, and roll;
i) Supports multiple operational modes including course lock, manual search, slaving, attitude stabilization, and tracking;
j) Capable of isolating platform disturbances and stabilizing the line-of-sight;
k) Capable of locking/unlocking targets; after a target is locked, the pod outputs video with a tracking frame;
l) Capable of automatic target tracking, with resistance to natural interference;
m) Features memory tracking; targets can be re-acquired shortly after brief loss;
n) Capable of adjusting gate size;
o) Capable of switching tracking points;
p) Capable of calculating target coordinates based on laser range data, UAV position, and attitude information;
q) Supports bidirectional communication with the control station via serial port/100M Ethernet (UDP), outputting system status, camera status, and line-of-sight position information;
r) Equipped with a 100M Ethernet video interface (RTSP protocol);
s) Capable of photo capture and video recording;
